Tell me what it is doing
Text or call with the year, make, model, mileage if you know it, and the symptom. A short video of the noise or the dash lights helps. I will tell you whether it is a mobile job or a shop job before I drive over.

If the work will be over $100, Washington law requires a written estimate when we deal face to face. It lists the vehicle, the complaint, planned work, parts, labor, trip fee, tax, and total. You approve it before parts and labor start.
Level driveway, parking lot, or workplace lot. I use jack stands and show you the failed part when it matters. If the job grows — seized bolt, extra parts — I stop and get your approval before I keep going.
You get an itemized invoice with parts and labor broken out. Card on site. If the job went the way it should, I will ask for a Google review. That is how a one-person shop stays booked.
Hard rain, ice, or a steep gravel slope can stop a job. I would rather reschedule than work under an unsafe vehicle. If I cancel for safety, the trip fee is not charged.
This is a mobile repair service, not a tow company. If the car is in a live lane of traffic, call a tow first, then call me at the destination.
